We have to reach them before the courtroom does
Our journey began with a profound realization: intervention cannot begin in the courtroom. We need to reach young men earlier—by surrounding them with mentors, role models, and community. This is a call for early investment and community involvement, not a suggestion that participating young men are destined for the criminal justice system.
